Chris Brown had time to release a diss track taking shots at enemy, Drake and get a tattoo at the same damn time yesterday. The R&B singer hit up Black Banditz in Melrose Los Angeles to get inked up last night.Peter Koskela (aka PeterTattooist), who created the new artwork, told TMZ the design is described as "an indian chief transforming into a wolf." This describes the bad boy so perfectly!
