DirectTV customers who want their MTV, VH1,BET and Spongebob Squarepants back may be getting their wish. Viacom Inc, and the satellite service reached a deal to restore those 17 Viacom channels for DirectTV subscribers. I know you guys are screaming "THANK YOU BABY JESUS." Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Channels were ripped from customers on July 10 leaving over 20 million customers outraged. Viacom said in a statement that they are happy to be bringing those channels back and thanked everyone "for their patience and understanding during this challenging period." SO YOU GUYS CAN CALL COMCAST AND CANCEL THAT NEW SERVICE. LOL
