Lady Gaga showed off her curves in a body hugging, sheer blue dress in Mexico City. Her barely covered breasts and wig wasn't nearly the topic of conversation. All eyes were on her shoes, which seems to be the tallest platform shoes in the world. Anybody who can ATTEMPT to walk in these shoes deserves kudos. Gaga was there to promote her new album Born This Way!
