It seems as if R&B singer ,Nivea had to many cocktails at the wedding reception of Toya and Memphitz. Shortly after leaving the reception she crashed her BMW into a tree near Marietta St in Atlanta and was taken to Fulton County jail. Freddy O.com is reporting that a small baby was inside the car, which may be her youngest child with Lil Wayne. Thank God there were no injuries. As of now there is no word on how bad her car was damaged and when she'll be released.
